Great app After i had a 15 minute promises app made someone told me it already existed. Was pretty surprised. But i checked it out and this is a great app. I have recommended this app to others when i was asked about distraction techniques. Very detailed and helpful.

Self-harm can be mental as well as physical

I learned that self-harm does not have to mean physically hurting yourself, it can be a mental situation e.g. your mind telling you things. It's good to know that the app exists so you don’t feel alone/ isolated because there is help.
