Media Literacy and Mental Health: Changing the circular relationship between online
interactions and mental health

The aim of the course is to meet health professionals’ growing need for guidance and support in
enhancing their digital competence and to learn how there is a negative, circular relationship
between online harms and mental health, to strengthen the individual’s wellbeing and boost digital
resilience.
